Howdy-doodie again people. Dans comment left on my last post reminded me of a LOT of random stuff that happened at school...so naturally the next hour of my time will include me trying to write down some funny memories from school, being interrupted by the phones, people wanting job cards written, people dropping off their vehicles and quite possibly a skyshow performance from a bunch of synchronised flying pigs. Really i should wait for my break until i start yabbering on but i like doing things the hard way *grinns.* Besides, if i waited 'til break nothing would happen and i'd die of boredom...it's only because i want to disobey the rules and do something remotely entertaining that it gets busy. It's like everybody waits for me to start something and they're like "Okay! Go now! She thinks it's slow enough for her to do something, but we aren't gonna let her!" and then they laugh some evil, demonic cackle and i'm forced to detour on my plans.

Okay, okay, so the whole point of this blog (before i got side-tracked) was to share some of my memories from school. Looking back now i realised how random my bunch really was and how much fun we had. *Sigh* I wish i could wind back the clock and do it all again, but life keeps marching on like some little prick of an ant with a crumb from a doughnut...sorry, sid-tracked again. =P

So, memories from Mindaire Senior College, or memories that include random acts with people from M.S.C (which is the bestest school in the whoooooooooole world by the way!) include:

  • Once i had an operation performed on my ear, i was under local anisthetic (i think that's spelt right) and when i sat up after it, promptly passed out and slid across the carpet of the waiting room floor. This meant, of course, that the whole right side of my face suffered a rather severe carpet burn and looked shocking when i rocked up at school the next day. Naturally, all the the nosy buggers asked what happened to me (lol, love ya guys!) and in the end i got so sick of telling the same story that one poor person got the retort of "Drew bashed me when he was drunk." Drew was standing right next to me at the time and his jaw dropped. I laughed and said i was only joking but the story seemed to become more popular than the true version of events. I guess it didn't help that i continued to encourage it but everyone knew Drew wouldn't really do that. I wouldn't let him! Lol.
  • I can't actually remember which of us had the crunchie chocolate bar, but it was a king sized one. It was the first time i spoke to Daniel and the first words out of my mouth were "That's a dildo-sized crunchie." I expected him to think of me as a freak and never talk to me again. Instead he burst out laughing and exclaimed, "Oh my God! That's so true." Should i have been worried? Lol.
  • I remember when we were giving an oral presentation in music and Shahid chose to review the Ballet. He pronounced the 't' everytime he said the word and Jai and i were more than happy to yell "ball-ay" everytime he pronounced it wrong. By about the fifth time we did this he turned to us and said, "Okay! I'm sorry! My english isn't good, okay!?" He was mucking around but the whole class laughed when Ms Buchanan took that moment to point out that Ballet is a French word, not English.
  • I remember Sian and i plotting to scare the year 11's in the lift on their second day at the school. We hopped in the lift, all normal and some year 11's trooped in too. We didn't speak and acted normal. One of the year 11's pressed a button and the second the lift started to climb i let out a scream, sat on the floor, rocked bath and forth and said "It's moving! It's moving!" I made several of the year 11's jump in surprise, and Sian killed herself laughing. Because she started laughing i did too. Needless to say, when we reached upstairs the year 11's left rather quickly. I knew they tought we were freaks.
  • When in drama, the group i was with had to perform a script in which a child poo's their pants. Being the resourceful people we were (or are?) we put nutella spread on some new, cheap knickers and threw them at the audience. We were greated with shrieks of "Eeeeeeew!" and laughter. Afterwards, we snuck out and left them hanging off the rail of the lobby stairs and laughed at the peoples faces as they noticed the knickers, or accidently touched them on the way down.
  • Dan and i left a strawberry flavoured condom hanging on a bin, as if it hadn't been thrown in properly (unused of course!) and laughed as Mr Hill noticed it and prodded it out of sight with a piece of paper while pulling a rather disgusted looking face. Haha!
  • Dan spat coke and ice-cream through his nose, all over Tegan down at Maccas one day becuase Drew exclaimed "It's my stroooong hand." (One of the quotes from one of the scary movies lol.) and Dan couldn't stop laughing.
  • I remember spilling coke on drew twice by accident, and then ice-cream the day later. Haha.
  • I remember the "merkin dance" that Tegan made up in music one double lesson when her me and Drew were bored out of our brains cos we were so far ahead of everyone else. We wrote instructions for the dance on the whiteboard and it stayed written there for aaaaaaaages. A lot of people learnt it!
  • I remember sitting in science with Kimmi-boy and Dan one day and for some reason we were talking about monkeys. Mr. Lo said something about thrush and i yelled out, "What!? Thrush monkey?" The two of them laughed and it was something that the whole group adopted as their saying, i still say it haha.
  • I remember Nat, Dean, Kiiiiiiim and i taking my honda for a wild spin one night. We reversed around a round-a-bout, went up curbs, drove along a footpath, spoke to randoms and went to the clarkson skate park where i pretended to beat up Kiiiiiiim (the homeless boy. Lol)
  • One afternoon after school some of the drama students stayed back and we were practicing our sketch. We were upstairs and the first line of the sketch was "Hi." the second line was the other person saying "Hi." back. As we were practicing a cleaner was emptying the upsatirs bins. I turned to Erin and said "Hi." "Hi!" She replied, and at that time the cleaner turned and said "Hello." We waited until she walked around a corner and lost it. I think she heard us. I felt so bad, but it was funny.
  • I remember the time Kim and i sat under the stairs for a whole period cos we didn't want to go to class.
  • I remember Dan, Drew and i writing each other letters all the time. It included such things as Brocolli soldiers and potato counting injuries.

RANDOM INTERRUPTION!!! -----> My mums weird!

  • I remember Drew and i wagging and doing the most random stuff...usually hanging around at the shops or sleepin on the grass at ocean reef marina.
  • One day waiting in line for school photoes Kim complained he was hungry. He was holding a book mark in his hand so i said "Eat the book mark then." and he DID! He started chewing and said, "This doesn't taste very nice."

RANDOM INTERRUPTION #2!!! -----> My dad is weird too! it's hard to tell which of them is worse. Haha.

Anyway i do hate to cut a good blog-rambling short but i'm trying to think of something else to write about. There are plenty more memories from school, but i realise that a lot of them are only funny if you're there. =P

Oh my God, my parents are really quite insane. Lol! And a friend of mine has just started dancing around while wearing flannelette pyjama pants. I'm off to watch him make a fool of himself!

Bye all, i will write soon!

Haha! Oh my GOOOOOOOOOOOD! That brought back so many memories, I'm swimming in a flood of nostalgia. And endorphins. I'm so tired, all I want to do is sleep right now, instead of doing my Pharmacology lab report. And Anastasia can't even help me because she's got Chemistry due today. :(
"Can I get the poo-poo platter please? With extra poo?"
Sorry dood, I can't think of what to write. Besides "phenyl, halides, secondary" which Anastasia is repeating over and over. I think she's either insane or trying out a new Chemistry mantra. Hope that works out for her.

Well, I'd better try to go and do some work. I'll try n blog but if I don't then you'll know it's because I've head-butted my laptop so hard my face went through the screen!

Ciao for now.
